About us

Started back in 2003, Zig Zag Sports has been providing screen printing and embroidery services to the Bay Area. Besides apparel decoration we also provide laser etching services, dye sublimation, pad printing, and promotional products for what ever your business or personal needs are.

Our warehouse is located in Burlingame, California just south of San Francisco. Our address is 1620 Gilbreth Road. Easily accessible from Highway 101 as we are between the exits of Broadway Ave and Millbrae Ave. We are located between Highway 101 and the San Francisco Bay near theElephant Bar Restaurant and the Hyatt Regency and Marriott Hotels off of Old Bayshore.

We are a very small shop as it is run by just 2 of us. My mother Debbie and I started this in our garage back in 2003 with the help of my Step Father and a friend. Since the days of a 4 color t-shirt wheel in the garage, we have grown to having a 4 color 4 station t shirt press, an automatic 4 color 6 station t shirt press, 2 embroidery machines, a small laser engraving machine, a Direct To Garmet printer and a few different heat press machines. 

I am a graduate of Mills High School and then attended the College of San Mateo and San Francisco State University. I am married to my wonderful wife Christine and we have 2 beautiful but crazy kids Greyson (9) and Quinn (8)and our 2 dogs, a rescue mutt Nola and a red lab Parker 

I have been the Head Varsity Baseball Coach at Mills High School since 2005 and was in charge of the Millbrae Joe DiMaggio league team from 2008-2022. My wife is a graduate of Burlingame High and Syracuse University. She is a 4th Grade teacher in Daly City and also has an online shop under The Essential Teacher.

We share the warehouse with my Step Father's business Plasti-Print Inc. We provide printing services such as Business Cards, Coroplast Signs, Die Cutting, Digital Printing and Laminating. For those inquiries please call 650-652-4950.
